LITTLE ITALIANO


I am not a Vegan but I Love Good Vegan food. I also believe to wander taste buds sense always start with raw veggies and fruits to feel so blessed with God has created and Appreciate the whole menu created. I went for this review without much expectations also worried whether the menu would impress my palette. I was beyond IMPRESSED not just by the menu but the wide variety of dishes available under VEGAN MENU i have tasted so far. I mean who does not like Pizza, Pasta and Bread. Italains are known for their fresh and Raw VEgan menu as it has this Epic taste never fades in time. Ok can anyone tell me why nobody has ever talked about this Heroic restaurant serving massive VEGAN ITALIAN CUISINE? Their interiors have these cute little Italy suburban area. HAVE a Huge Mirror shaped in the form of Arc very good for instagrammable pictures. There is the white and light brown combination with yellow rusti lights hanging. It also has a corner area for casual sitting. Once entered there is the romantic wala feeling of Ranbir Kapoor will pop from somewhere to give a Rose. Lets talk about the food. Menu has everything written in Italian Language giving an impression will order something wrong but nothing to fret as the servers are well versed in the dishes.

DRINKS

FRUIT PUNCH - Pineapple, Black Grapes, Apple, Pomegranate, Orange and Lemon. Amazingly a fruit punch kick to the smoothie. A refreshing drink that as time passed by it a dded more flavors to the punch.

PINK DWARF - Strawberry and kiwi. This was an OK drink. Though it was innovative drink it had a lot of sour taste and less of starwberry flavor. But my daughter loved it. SILK STOCKING - Fresh Oranges with Vanilla Ice cream. This was a total milkshake. I never drank anyver this kind of milkshake with orange. Loved this milkshake SOUP

Minestrone Soup - A very traditional soup with crystal clarity soup with pieces of vegetables. Healthy and fresh soup.

Creama Di Zucca - Loved this soup that was creamy in texture bombastic flavors. Note was based on Butternut squash with rosemary bisque and roasted garlic. Healthy and Epic.

APPETIZERS

Verdure Trifolati - Mushroom, Baby Corn, Cottage cheese, red/yellow capsicum, brocolli, black olives, chili sauteed with Italian herbs and garlic. Served with warm Farmer's bread. Look at the list of veggies that have been sauteed. A must try appetizer relishing every bite A Sautee.

Spanakopita Marinati - Marinated tomato and Monterrey Jack parcels, mesclun mix, Black Tagliatelle, Spicy Salsa cream. Loved the Black tagliatelle and Moneterey jack had the pickled tomatoes. Super fresh ingredients.

Ravioli Crocante - Fried ravioli that were stuffed with roasted peppers and cheese served with roasted garlic salsa and spicy tomato dip. Though it was not upto my taste buds my kids loved them. Innovative dips were fantastic.

Fonduta - Star of the Appetizers. Melted Italian Cheese brought in so warm with pieces of veggies like brocolli, mushrooms. zucchini and baby corns. Yes roasted garlic bread. Just one of the melted cheese that had a lot of similarities to Bechamel sauce but tooo gooooodddd.

PALe Di Potatos - Marinated potato skin which were so crispy and flaky. Yummiest Crispy potato skin ever tried. Was a bit like french fries buy yet by flavors far more intriguing.

CLASSIC PASTA

Barabaresca Pasta Tagliatelle - Creamy Pink sauce with fresh broccoli, tomatoes, garlic, sun dried tomatoes with tempeh, Parmesan cheese and chili peppers. Oh Boy the first morsel it took me back to Italy. One of the most important ingredient in any Italian dish is the freshness of the dairy products used and the brand. As fresh the dairy product the palate of the dish is enhanced. Another important ingredient is the flour used. the fresher the better.

Manali - All the pizzas are wooden burn pizza. Spicy tomato sauce with Italian herbs, mushrooms, olives, onion, corn topped with mozzarella. Pizza that is done in a traditional brick oven has an epic taste of freshness. Loved this pizza toppings.

Mediterranean Pizza - Fresh Tomato sauce, artichokes, olives topped with Mozzarella. A very simple but savor every bite distinctive.

Sicilia - A thick base pizza with fresh tomato sauce, garlic, mushrooms, pickled onions, sun dried tomatoes, chili oil, fresh basil topped with Mozzarella. All the way a traditional flavor of Italian Pizza. Loved this Pizza as well. ce, artichokes, olives topped with Mozzarella. A very simple but savor every bite distinctive.

DESSERTS

TRES LEches - Traditional milk cake with orange glaze that were shaped like caviars. This was a bit thick pound or sponge cake laying on a bed of 3 types of milk.

Sizzling Chocolate Walnut Brownie - Served in a sizzler pan was the walnut brownie that was soo moist and meltiest brownie i ever tasted. Pure heaven.

Chocolate Bomb - Baked cake with gooey chocolate inside served along with vanilla ice cream. Similar to molten lava cake but yet not like it as the cake is a bit more harder then lava cake yet the oozy chocolate is similar to lava cake. Children's favorite again.
