Yes in their Insta stories @sugarfactoryuae mention that a Blog has more then 5000 followers one can subscribe but to be selected from among-st the famous Foodie Bloggers is not an easy task though. Nest Stage was to pick the location where to dine-in. Yes I chose La Mer Location as it was the National Day Of U.A.E and after the Wholesome Meal wanted to watch the fireworks with my family sitting on the Beach side (sigh SO ROMANTIC). Sugar Factory has opted their store locations well planned. Its always next to the most happening areas. At La Mer its located just next to start of the South La Mer beach at right side and well thats confusing then its right in the MIDDLE OF LA MER. See i told MOST HAPPENING. Sugar Factory has 2 entrances one from the middle facing and the other right side facing of South La Mer. Their restaurants are always huge as half occupies Sweet and Treats and other half is for Eats. Its the place where Adults can be Kids too and enjoy SWEETS, TREAT & EATS. Lets talk about the Candy World of Sugar Factory. Varieties are endless and choices cannot be made in one glance. Pink, Yellow, Blue surrounds the interiors or was it the reflex action of all the candies in there. You know how Honey Bees buzz around the flower to suck the Nectar YEAH I was in same situation. This American Brasserie is quite serious about HIGH FASHION interiors and Celebrity Endorsements. Every Dining table is huge and of marble texture, Chairs or Sofas all are of High-End Leather. So that sums Food served is of Huge Quantity. Perfect for family get-together, for parties and for large corporate events. THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS be it the candies, drinks, fun, entertainment and food. Signature Menu is created offering guests one of a kind of Dining Experience, Decadent Desserts and Couture Comfortability.

BEVERAGES
OCEAN BLUE GOBLET - When brought to the tablet in the Hu
ge Goblet saw only ice cubes. When the smoky Blue raspberry with lemon soda is poured in the Gummy/Marshmallow Sharks starts floating on top like for a second there were so many sharks swimming in the Goblet. Smoky Effect/Dry Ice in the drink stays for good 20 minutes. Delicious Signature Goblet not very sweet and not sour just the way I prefer it. Gummy Sharks were a delight to eat in.
INSANE MILKSHAKES
TIE DYE MILKSHAKE - One of the Humongous freak milkshakes. Served in a huge Mug it was a piece of art done on the mug. Outside mug half of it was covered with chocolate topped with lots of rainbow sprinkles and pop rocks. Inside Vanilla Ice-cream, blue and pink dyes on the mug, white chocolate ganache topped with whipped cream and pink and yellow cotton candy sticks. Shake is impossible to be sipped only through straw use a spoon as well to scoop in all. Eat the outside by picking up with fingers. Yes its a bonus there is a kid as my kids picked all the chocolate outside the mug. Fun part 😍😍😍😍
SOUP
SINGAPOREAN LAKSA - LION bowl in laid shrimps, rice noodles and basil leaf. Rich, creamy prawn broth was poured in that had coconut, Asian herbs and spices. Am a Soup lover. Soup for me is a palette cleanser. This is the first time me trying out Laksa. Best Asian broth after Tom Yum Soup. Bursting with fresh prawn flavors, Asian pungency and herbal tartness.
APPETIZERS
BAO WOW - Crispy, Lip-smacking and appetizing. Bao buns are fried that are of 3 types. First had the Sriracha chicken drizzled with dynamite sauce with lots of cabbages for the crunchiness. Second was the beef teriyaki topped with pickles and drizzled with mayonnaise. Third was the buffalo chicken drizzled on top with mayonnaise and lots of cabbages. Normally One Bao is never enough and sometimes they are also small in size but these baos were huge and with three flavors which makes it so interesting to crunch and munch on.
TNT WINGS - Crisy fried chicken wings tossed in Boston spicy sauce along with ranch sauce. These were not so spicy where my kids loved them a lot. Sugar factory is the only restaurant that gives plenty of wings to munch on to the stomach and cravings delight.
RAINBOW SLIDERS - As the name suggests all the buns were in colors. Black, Green, Yellow, Red and Blue Buns toasted had a filling of Grilled angus beef patties, melted American cheese with Lettuce, tomatoes and Sugar Factory special sauce. Mini buns so pretty that each one of us chose our favorite color slider. APPEALING AND APPETIZING.
FIRECRACKER SHRIMP - Lying on a bed of crispy rice noodles were these crispy fried shrimps tossed in creamy sriracha sauce. Happiest person on earth after having. Bombed with all what i was seeking for. Spicy, creamy and shrimpy affair going on soo strong.
ENTREES
HOT BEEF SUNDAE - Presented in a leaf shaped bowl were the Savory Sundae. Laid in a bed of House gravy, Smoked Beef Brisket mixed with cheddar cheese, croutons, chili con carne are the 3 big scoops of mashed potatoes topped with lemon jelly and cherry tomato. Mashed potatoes were so creamy, tender and juicy. Beef brisket cooked perfect medium rare which combined with house gravy had to be the juiciest gravy in the house. Savory Sundae is rare to find so come just to taste this.
GRILLED SALMON - STAR OF THE ENTREE FOR DINNER. Norwegian Salmon pan-roasted served in a lemon butter sauce, grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Salmon was roasted perfectly not to tender and not to hard which made the salmon easy to chew. Sauce was so good delicious that merged with the mashed tomatoes. Family loved it.
PASTA
SHORT RIB BOLOGNESE - Spaghetti tossed with slow cooked meat sauce, Smoked shredded short rib, Parmesan cheese. Blended in truffle butter. Homey yet comforting food. Toasted truffle butter bread was served along as well. Complete Satisfaction.
PIZZA
TACO MEXICANA - SECOND STAR OF THE DINNER. BY the name guessed it correct was totally mexicana toppings. Spiced tomato sauce as base there were roasted sweet peppers, onions, guacamole, chicken and monterey jack cheese. Topped with nacho chips. La pizza más deliciosa Que he tenido.
DESSERTS
FANTA CAKE - Carrot cake macerated in fanta and fanta cream cheese with orange. Surrounded by candied ginger, lotus soil, freezed dried orange, manuka honey drizzled, passion fruit caviar and fanta nectar. Really dont know who came up with such rhapsodic vision of A cake and look what all its teamed up with. OUT OF THE BOX DESSERT. In the first bite bursted out with Fanta and orange that are subtle but the carrot cake was moist. All around the cake were cute little candy Hearts 💕💕
UBE SURPRISE - SERVED IN A MUG. Sponge cake with candied coconut and purple yam finished ube crumble and ube frosting. Came along on the sides ube chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Loved this variety mug cake. How is yam infused into a cake? Yam were into noodle shapes but sweet. Whole concept merged perfectly. Cake is warm too.
RED VELVET SUNDAE - ULTIMATUM. IN a huge jar like the cookies jar were rich red velvet cake, red velvet ice cream, creamy cheese pops, raspberries meringue. Topped with candy hearts, warm vanilla fudge, Gold leaf and sparkles. Pretty in Pink and Red did not feel like eating it but putting in my kitchen cabinet. Valentine coming up soon Please have this sundae or buy as a surprise sundae to girlfriend/wife/mother/sister/daughter. Women in your life will be super happy.
CONCLUSION
Certain restaurants maintain their brand and hospitality above 5 star margin. Sugar Factory knows very well how to keep their guests happy and spoil them. Sugar Factory is not just for having sweets but their food is succulent and palatable. Loved their Dessert varieties and all were out of the box concept as i have never seen or tried such desserts. All their dishes are Signature Labelled and truly accept that fact. One Happy Blogger here 😊😊
